অমাসয় ছিলেন সেই তিরিশ জন বীরের নেতা| তখন আত্মার ভর হলে তিনি বলে উঠলেন:“দায়ূদ আমরা তোমার পক্ষে| আমরা তোমার সঙ্গে আছি| হে য়িশযের পুত্র- শান্তি! তোমার শান্তি হোক| এবং যারা তোমায় সাহায্য করে তাদের শান্তি হোক| কারণ তোমার ঈশ্বর তোমায় সাহায্য করেন|”দায়ূদ তখন এই সমস্ত ব্যক্তিকেই তাঁর দলে স্বাগত জানিয়ে, তাঁদের ওপর নিজের সেনাবাহিনীর দায়িত্ব দিলেন|

Peace to those who help you, because your God helps you." So David welcomed these men into his group and put them in charge of the troops.
